Provisions according to the ECDC map for risk areas:

green/orange: free entry
red: entry only for tested, recovered or vaccinated persons

In the last few months we have intensively dealt with the current hygiene requirements. Hygiene and cleanliness have top priorityfor us in the entire company.

In the public areas, our employees also disinfect all objects of daily use (door handles, table surfaces, room keys, elevator buttons, etc.) at regular intervals.

In the hotel rooms, the usual hygiene rules and cleaning plans, which were already developed and followed before the Corona pandemic, apply. These include, among other things, the disinfection of all utensils. The bed linen as well as the towels are washed professionally disinfecting.

By participating in the initiative "Safe Hospitality" we guarantee our guests as well as our employees, the compliance with the safety and hygiene measures. In addition, sinceJuly 2020 all our employees have been tested weeklyand voluntarily for the Covid 19 virus. From June 2021 to March 2022, our employees voluntarily underwent PCR testing twice per week.

Due to the Corona crisis, the topics of sustainability and regionality were pushed even faster in our hotel. Many of the food products we need every day are produced in our immediate surroundings. The list of local products has become even larger over the past few months. Fish from lake Fuschlsee, cheese from lake Wolfgangsee, honey from lake Mondsee, etc.

In our restaurant the legally prescribed hygiene measures apply. Because of these we can still offer you our rich breakfast buffet. The tables in our restaurant are placed with sufficient distance. Therefore the minimum distances can be kept there as well.

Until 04.03.2022: Due to the Corona crisis, the current closing hour is midnight in the province of Salzburg.

The Hotel Jakob game rules also apply to our sports program as well as to the offered camps. In accordance with our safety and hygiene measures, large gatherings of people are strictly avoided. However, every participant must be aware that our sports program as well as the camps have a group size of up to 15 people.

Participation is at your own responsibility. If there are any doubts about your own health and safety, we recommend everyone to refrain from participating.

We will regularly inform about the safety and hygiene measures before and during the activities. We believe in discipline and awareness as well as in the personal responsibility of each individual.

Due to the small size of our sauna and steam bath, they may only be used by one group of visitors at a time. If other guests are staying in the sauna or steam bath, we kindly ask you to wait a little longer and only enter the sauna/steam bath when the other guests leave. After each use, the sauna is disinfected independently by the guests with the disinfectant provided.

In the relaxation area we ask you to keep a minimum distance of at least 2 meters.

Our Hotel Jakob game rules - because this is the only way we can protect each other:

• Until 15.04.2022: Wearing a FFP2 mask is mandatory indoor
• Until 04.03.2022: Keep at least 2 meter distance to other people outside your own group of visitors
• Do without handshakes, hugs and body contact
• Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds
• Avoid touching your face with dirty hands
• Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief
• Follow the instructions of the employees
• Stay at home if there are any signs of illness

On site you will find sufficient posters of our game rules and disinfectant dispensers.
