Visit the nearby Lake Wolfgangsee or the city of Salzburg, birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Both destinations can be easily reached using the local bus service that stops right outside the Hotel Jakob. Salzburg airport is only 30 minutes away, while the nearest motorway can be reached in 15 minutes. In the village of Fuschl am See you will find a bank and a range of small shops.
