Summer Prices for 2023

All rooms in the main house are equipped with:
Box spring beds, bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, Alexa, telephone, cable TV, DVD player, helmet holder. Some rooms have a balcony.

• Five-course evening meal with salad buffet and three main courses to choose from, including a vegetarian option.
• Evening meals can cater for guests with special dietary requirements.

• up to 2 years in a crib: free of charge
• Extra bed up to 6 years: 20% of the price per person | Half-board surcharge EUR 15.00
• Extra bed up to 11 years: 35% of the price per person | Half-board surcharge EUR 15.00
• Extra bed up to 15 years: 50% of the price per person | Half-board surcharge EUR 25.00

For adults aged 16 years and over: 30% discount on regular price per person

Dogs are welcome! The cost is EUR 20.00 per night, excluding food, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, at the beach, in the Fuschlseebad, or in the wellness area. Please bring your own dog blanket or basket.

• There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead our General Terms and Conditions apply to your booking at our hotel.

• In summer (01.05. - 31.10.) you can cancel free of charge until 21 days prior to arrival. We charge 50% of the total costs when you cancel 20 to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations later than that or no-shows as well as early departures will be charged completely.

• In winter you can cancel until 7 days prior to arrival (exception: 22.12. - 06.01. - here the summer cancellation policy counts). Cancellations later than that or no shows as well as early departures will be charged completely.

We understand that sometimes unexpected events might occur. But we ask for your understanding that we will charge the cancellations costs according to our terms & conditions without exception – if you have not taken out the Travel Insurance with us. We count on your attendance and if you cancel your stay we cannot simply rebate the generated loss/expenses.
