The hotel management reserves the right to make changes. The prices indicated are per room and night including breakfast and the standard services at the Hotel Jakob. Our prices do not include the local tax (until 30.11.2023 € 2,00, from 01.12.2023 onwards € 2,45 per person per night).
Additional information
All rooms in the main house are equipped with:
Box spring beds, bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, Alexa, telephone, cable TV, DVD player, helmet holder. Some rooms have a balcony.
- Five-course evening meal with salad buffet and three main courses to choose from, including a vegetarian option.
- Evening meals can cater for guests with special dietary requirements.

- Additional bed up to 10 years: with breakfast EUR 20,00 | with half board EUR 35,00
- Additional bed up to 15 years: with breakfast EUR 25,00 | with half board EUR 45,00
For children between 4 and 10 years we serve 3-course children's menus.
- For adults aged 16 years and over: 30% discount on regular price per person
- € 15,00 per day (not including dog food). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, on the beach or in the spa. Please bring your own dog blanket or basket with you.
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead our General Terms and Conditions apply to your booking at our hotel.
In summer (01.05. - 31.10.) you can cancel free of charge until 21 days prior to arrival. We charge 50% of the total costs when you cancel 20 to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations later than that or no-shows as well as early departures will be charged completely.
In winter you can cancel until 7 days prior to arrival (exception: 22.12. - 06.01. - here the summer cancellation policy counts). Cancellations later than that or no shows as well as early departures will be charged completely.

We understand that sometimes unexpected events might occur. But we ask for your understanding that we will charge the cancellations costs according to our terms & conditions without exception – if you have not taken out the Travel Insurance with us. We count on your attendance and if you cancel your stay we cannot simply rebate the generated loss/expenses. We kindly ask for your understanding that we will not make any exceptions and therefore recommend our premium travel insurance package, which you find online. Reservations are only guaranteed once a deposit (amount depends on the total price per stay, maximum 30% of the total amount per room) has been transferred to the bank account listed above. All transaction fees must be paid by the guest. A deposit is only required if it is mentioned in your booking confirmation.
