Triathlon Opening 2023 by Hotel Jakob
The triathlon camp for the season's opening at lake Fuschlsee
The triathlon scene meets again at the beautiful lake Fuschlsee from 29th of April to 6th of May 2023.
The Road bike and Triathlon Hotel Jakob organizes the 10th triathlon opening with trainer Ben Reszel of Resource Institut für Leistungsdiagnostik.
Look foward to a perfect training week in the marvellous Salzkammergut lake district with its crystal clear lakes and impressive countryside!
The athletes of the Pro Team Hotel Jakob, as well as those of the Skinfit Racing Tri Team and some professional triathlete "Hotel Jakob friends" take care of the professional supporton the pool edge, during the guided bike tours and run units.
The camp is limited with 50 participants.

This is how a training day could look like:
08:00-09:00 a.m. Swim training in the heated outdoor pool at Fuschlseebad Group 1
09:00-10:00 Uhr Swim training in the heated outdoor pool at Fuschlseebad Group 2
12:30 p.m. Lunch
1:30-4:30 p.m. Road bike tours in the different groups
R: 3h / B: 3h30 / A: 4h / E: 4h – 4,5h
18:30 p.m. Dinner
8:30 p.m. Talk about Training, nutrition,...
The final program will be put together depending on the weather.
