Day 2 – Nothing to do, everything to enjoy
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast until 10:30 am, then simply go with the flow: read a few pages, feel the warmth of the infrared cabin, or fit in a light workout. Perhaps a coffee in the afternoon, then more sauna time, rest, and lightness.
Day 3 – Leave relaxed and renewed
One more slow breakfast, one last gaze across the lake – and return home with a sense of calm, clarity, and renewed energy.
